this was my third time at Ibstock country fair, and this was by far the best of the 3.
we are hoping to move to the village next year so will be my local show soon.

ive read quite a few lurcher books... for working dogs i recommend the darcy books they are an interesting read, i have a general lurcher book called about the lurcher by katharine tottenham.. its a more generalised lurcher book with sections on training, breeding, racing, working etc.. i think...

we were driving a long the dual carrage way (A456 )between hagley and stourbridge at about 5 this evening and seen a Black and white lurcher ( i think it was a bitch and poss of bull x breeding)... with a tan leather collar on, running towards...
nice work there billy :) , the 3rd and 4th landscape shots are perfect, plenty to expore with the eye in the foreground, midground and back ground. when thinking about landscapes is best to think what you would like to draw more attention to the sky,the back ground or foreground and compose...
good choice on a lens Billy... i have had mine a year now and cant fault it. autofocus and sharpness is second to none on the L series. am looking forward to seeing more of your pics.

was good to meet up with everyone again :) , and the midlands gamefair was as good as ever. Jim enjoyed his first visit to the midland, and we are planning to do both next year.

Some cracking shots ther sally, really like the fountain pic that would be so nice as a print. the bee shots are also fantastic.... have you got a macro lens ?
