Know how you feel here, maisie (who's been rehomed 4 times by 5 months) was hounded by 3 collies at local feilds when 8 months old, she then had slight nervous aggression and baked if dogs came to the garden, next door at our old house had their daughters gsdxbelgium shepx lurcherx collie thing...

My bitch was spayed and on day 7 external stitches were growing in :( vet hasd never seen a dog heal like her, but she pulled so bad on her lead that i just didnt take her out at all apart from a little walk for a wee. TBH IMO i think the more they do the more they want to do and need to do...
Hello, my oliver was exactly like this until about 6 months ago, he has switched on and comes back even with other dogs, i started muzzling him to convonce others thatt even though he was playing he couldnt bite the dogs etc. Have you tried running in the opposite direction to get his attention...

I think that darren is saying is that when you show a whippet (or a lurcher imo) the true old style working whippet (and it shouldn't be the old style it should be the correct style) won't get placed in a whippet class...
