Big well done to Annie and Ray for sitting in the hot seat for the day,you done a great job. Some great races on a great track,with facilities to match,i had a great breakfast in the cafe,and some Guiness trackside in the bar.Only thing missing was the support from other clubs, why play one...

You're wright the walking machine going to be the mainstay, my daughter and i had them out this morning free running them one at a time, if i can get the help from my daughter regularly they will stay fit
