    Australia

Glad you both got home OK and the last leg of your trip was everything that you hoped it would be. We enjoyed having you with us for the short time and I know that Dennis and Chris enjoyed the opportunity to show you around Brisbane a little. They are wonderful to do this for us. Wish I'd had...

    Rain In Queensland

Good to hear from you Cristina and that you are all ok. Sounds like a terrifying time and we are so lucky that the worst part of this massive system didn't move through the heart of one of the major centers. It's hard to comprehend how much damage there may have been. Don't forget that dogs qld...

    Stud Dogs

As much as it pains me.... i think Lanny isn't too far off the mark. Of course there are some lovely dogs here in Australia- but toplines are certainly something that can be improved here. I agree- far too many ski slopes.

Congrats to all of the winners. Special congrats to Mr and Mrs Angus on the new champion. Interesting that the judge chose the same two dogs for CC and res CC as did Molly Head at the Qld speciality back in May.

    Sheesh! What's Happened To The

Nah....I think it was the comment about the English sending their less than desirables to Australia.....from way back in 1788....... It's a shame that a bit of harmless fun gets taken so seriously- and this from the home of people such as Benny Hill and John Cleese. Truth be told though the...

Who Should Be Judging Our Breed?

Name and shame if a judge is so bad surely a letter to the KC or a trip to Oz to judge there is in order :clown: You pommies even used to send convicts here too hey- the criminals, the cons, the hungry, the poor, the children,....but dog judges- NEVER!! :sweating:

Who Should Be Judging Our Breed?

I'm well aware that some of the oldies used to judge tail length this way but it doesn't make it right. If the standard says that the tail should reach at least to the hock why not just check it's length the most natural way. Still haven't seen a decent whippet judge pull the tail under the...
