Neutering Does Not always solve aggression..a neighbours golden retriever went through an awful phase so she had the implant put in that mimics neutering and guess what Nothing changed ...he did get over it but neutering was not the answer....once it's done there is no going back 😉

Our vets will not castrate our boys before they are 3 years old and will only be done if there is a medical reason..most dogs with problems are neutered males ..there is alot more knowledge now about Not neutering male dogs ...please dont rush into having him neutered at 18 months 😀

Supermarket own brand foods are full of fillers ... Have you thought about a raw diet ....natures menu do foods that have everything in for a balanced diet ...for a dog your size would cost around £12 a week ...diet is a huge part of all of our lives the food you put into your dog for health...

I use raised feeders ..I personally have no faith in vets and dogs diet ..they are quick to recommend prescription diets as they make money from them .. Have you ever tried feeding raw food ...

I was the same as @Hemlock....you know what your boy is like so to me children would be a no all the time he is in your life ...that may not be what you want to hear but it is the reality..

My two have raw food both have the same ..teddy has awful wind but normal poo Sykes rarely has wind ....bit like us humans ;)

My friend had a french bull dog who had chemo treatment and it gave her 2 years of quality life afterwards ....

I think the breeder did the right thing by telling you what was found with pup on his health check and maybe they would have helped more financially if the testicle did not drop and he would have needed an operation...alot of pups especially sighthounds take longer for their testicles to drop...
