My cockapoo has black spots on underbody and top of his back leg, he is picking it constantly.

It might be the photo, but it just looks like pigmentation. But if that's what it is, it wouldn't be irritating him. Is the irritation a new thing?
Yes it has got worse over last few weeks he's picking alot. And the spots are increasing

With rashes and things, I usually do what I'd do if I found them on myself - sensible first aid as a first step. But if they didn't go away, or got worse, I'd get professional help. It's tme to involve the vet I think.
