We went our for a meal at the Moat Inn, a cavery in Luton last night and found a dead mouse under the table. :x My son went to report it to the bar girl who said "It is an old building; what do you expect". Not even an apology, I was not happy and didn't want to eat there after but as we had paid I didn't want to make a fuss but I am going to write to them to complain. They will probably send meal vouchers - they can have them back as I will not be eating there again.

Maybe we should have asked them to cook it for us as it couldn't have tasted any worse than the food we did have .

You ought to report them to the enviromental health - they might not do anything much without the evidence but should check it out and stir the place up - what an attitude!

Thats a disgrace

Its against the law not to have sufficient pest control in public areas.

Phone your local environmental health dept even though you dont have evidence they will still want to do a visit fairly soon just to check it out.

Any public health problems must be checked out. :x
