Kane in his Hill Sprint debut against the at the time unbeaten Champ bless him, he tried his best but got beat :huggles:

Tell Kane and Spry their son can run like that, you should see him belting down those forest tracks and on the beach.

His latest joke is to outrun the joggers. They always collapse in fits of laughter cos he's running back and forth with no effort at all. :lol:

Ahhh the first course is little Flippers in his cons final :cheers: for that .......and the second one is Shanaz winning the vets ....... Your 2 both ran very well on Sunday, it'll be good to see you both down again when theres another hill sprint :thumbsup:
