Hello fellow dog lovers,

Hope it’s okay to post this here. I run a little eatery called MEO on St. James's Street in Brighton.

I'm a huge dog person myself, so when we opened, I wanted to make sure we were properly dog-friendly, not just "dogs tolerated." We absolutely love it when you bring your pups in with you.

We're a warm, cosy spot that's perfect for a rest after a walk. By day, we do lovely organic coffee and all-day brunch. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, we switch to delicious small plates and wine, and the atmosphere is still super relaxed.

The most important bit is that your pup is welcome anytime. We'll always have a fresh bowl of water ready and plenty of fuss from our team who love meeting our four-legged regulars. It's a comfortable place with enough space for them to settle down by the table while you eat.

We just love being part of Brighton's amazing dog-owning community.

If you're ever in our neck of the woods and fancy a treat for both you and your best mate, please do pop in and say hello. It would be lovely to meet you.

Welcome! I've just checked out your menu and despite being the most fussy vegetarian in the world, I can give it the seal of approval. Shame I don't live anywhere near Brighton.
