Can any of the older whippeteers remember an old friend of mine .He was one of the original commitee members in the sixties (i think). His name was Harry Gascoigne and he came from Bolsover nr Chesterfield . His whippet club was Hillstown. I bet syko remembers him, old bugger lol

Harry was secratary and I was chairman of the east midlands whippet racing league for many years.He was also sec. of Hillstown W.R.C. harry was a good freind of mine,he was a very good organiser and we served together on the B.W.R.A. commitee.I hope he is in good health and still enjoying a pint, at the time we worked together we were both miner's,if you see him Jeff remember me to him.
