The Andover club will be holding our AGM on Sunday 17th January 2010. This will take place upstairs in the Weyhill Fare and will be an 11 o'clock start. If any members would like any items included on the agenda, could they please let me have them either by e-mail or in writing by 12th January 2010. One important item on the agenda will be whether the club should affiliate to the WCRA in 2010. If members are attending, they will be able to vote on the day. If not, then members can let me know in advance how they would like to vote.
