Hello,

I haven't posted on this part of the forum before so I am a bit nervous :b

I went lure coursing in Banbury a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I have now found out that there is an open racing event in Andover this Sunday and wondered if any K9ers were going.........

It would be nice to meet some more people :thumbsup:

Hi Tracy - Yes a few of us K9ers will be there. I think Judy and Nigel who run this board will be there too.

Thanks for your messages everyone, had a really good day and enjoyed it very much. Lots of people came and had a chat and there was a lovely atmosphere. The dogs had a great time too!!

It was good exercise for the new addition as it kept him on his feet all day. Bit of a shock to the system I think :- "

Got home to a message on my ansaphone about taking my parents to the airport next Sunday lunchtime, so I won't be able to come which is a bit disappointing, but at least there are plenty more for us to see in the future.

Am happy to say that Merlin is fine, nothing broken or bruised although he was very stiff for the first few days. Judy - I wish The pup I had with me last weekend was the first whippet that I have ever owned, so as for competing......in my dreams :wub: I was at crufts though, but in the observation category.
