:D well done 2 all the winners sounds like there was a few there. :D

I was about to say the same Carole :p

We had a good day too, went to A&T Kerri had a rubbish 1st run and ended up running 3yds faster on her 2nd run ... she's even with Blaze on trophies now :D

Looks like there is a healthy crowd of impressive pups around at the minute and a large crowd of l/w bitches (mostly who went to Asfordby I see). The amount of l/w dogs seems to be dropping off a bit though, a total of 8 under 24lb dogs running today - that includes A&T and Asfordby.

It's interesting to see the trends, I know when we first started racing it seemed everyone and his Granny had a good class 23-25lb Bitch and 29-35lb Bitches were few and far between. There has recently been a wave of h/w Bitches coming through and it seems not many left at around 24/25lb ...

Has this happened all the time throughout the years of racing or is it only in recent years ?

:) well done to the east midlands committee on a good open, Tony weatherson and Tam jur working all day on the traps and paul Jenning on the lure and everyone have a good days racing,

Over 70 entries a great days racing by all. some good finishes one been the no limit Come on Sue winning Challenger and Naz Warrier by only a yard these two went over the line together Big fellow missed the lids again. But was well pleased with his proformence as its only his third run for five weeks after having a neck out hip out and ham string injury so he didnt do to bad.The weather was very hot to hot for the dogs we had to soak towels and place them over the dogs to keep cool there were also baths of cold water to put dogs in very welcome by some of the show dogs and ajility dogs who worked through out the day.Well done to all who attended winners and losers. well done Shelly & Tam. Woody

Joanne , Thankyou for a great open and all your hard work. Not easy as I know your mums in hospital poorly, give her our love.
