What racing is there January/February? Can only find dates for this year.

maltby might be having an open jan ?? at askern.its in the pipeline i am sure someone will put details on here when its finalised.

Usually pretty quiet round then. I know BWRA usually have the Tyrone fairly early on and there's the Wessy open which is usually early too.

See you soon x

Cheers for that. Suppose i'll have to subscribe to Whippet News! With all the Greyhound papers we wont be short for WC reading (because TBH thats the only time we read them!!)

Doing 48+hour weeks at work and looking after 9 dogs with short days i really must check on K9 more. Didnt know Easington was on until Jac rang from there and we could've gone. Anymore up to Christmas up North? Cant really travel much further south than Manchester as we have to get back to dogs who howl for grub upsetting neighbours!!

Oh yeah nearly forgot, are there any regular bend meetings in the North East?

easington is on again next sat i think

Haven't got my diary to hand Dee but this month there's the following events

12th Nov Calgary Golden Jacket at Highgate

26th Nov bob Burke Open at Askern

You can usually find dates listed in the NWRF section on here and the BWRA website for their events if you don't have a whippet news to hand. I'm sure Vicky will probably pin a calendar when dates are announced for 2007 (It was very useful)

cheers jac yeah i try to add stuff in the nnwrf section...

Dee, Easington is on again for the Scratch Champs on the 18th, with a bit of luck you'll be able to make it over.

And any dates Jacqui gives you be sure to check there's actually racing on - the silly bint doesn't know her trials for her race events :- "

will put the N.N.W.R.F. dates and venues on our forum later got to see to dogs first
