I received this e-mail today from somebody I met a few years ago at the English Derby at Wimbledon !
Any thoughts on this ?
Hello Martin,
my name is Ivo, we met in Wimbledon few years ago ( I think it was Scholes
victory)together with Tomas,
I see on greyhound data, that you are still in whippets. We have also along
greyhouns top class continental whippets. I have for many years an idea to bring
here to our CGRC - Continental Greyhound Racing Confederation- greyhound and also
whippet scene ,some whippets from England (sure not kennelclub). But it is very hard
to be well informed about british and now I see also irish racing scene and
breeding.
Do you thing ,that somebody will be interested to do a show send two, three dogs
here to compete in CGRC European Championship (tooks place in Rabapatona Czech
Racing Federation rented track ) to compare with continental scene?
As we are in Ireland or England regulary during the year (in a two weeks we will be
in England), we could self arrange a transport and more have also a space for them ,
could train and race.
Nice would be also for me personally to bring here brood bitch.
So I can ask you for help, if you have any idea who has something special and would
be able to cooperate ,sell or make a deal, please let me know, or may be you
yourself.
