my e mail wont let me in @ all. windows has asked me for my mobile no to send a code for me to type in, says will take a few mins but its not sending me a code @ all. just wondering if anyone else having the same problems? its saying someone has sent me a load of junk mail so thats why they r clearing ot or something?

Iv had it happen to me twice now ! best thing to do is make another account

Without looking at your system i cant be 100% sure, but your describing all the classic signs of a hack on MSN. Possible "keylogger" on your puter or even a "back door" from unsecure firewall.

Step 1. make sure your pc/laptop is clean, your antivirus (what ever program that is) and your firewall upto date and running.

Step 2. Drop into safe mode (without networking) and scan your pc . (if you do it with networking the beastie (if there is one) can still "call home" so to speak) if unsure how to SAFE MODE, disconnect from all wireless (turn it off) and unplug all physical network connections. On reboot hit F8 and you will see a boot menu..select SAFE MODE WITHOUT.

Step 3. After your sure your pc/laptop is all clear... visit https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?product...rmts&scrx=1

and request a new password for old account. Do not do this untill your sure your pc is clean for obvious reasons.

thats what i would do just crash it and start up in safe mode,its defo been hacked

after you have fully scaned it close it back down out of safe mode then restart and change all your passwords

sorted managed to get in touch with windows after opening a new e mail account and they sorted it 4 me but i will run all my anti virus things etc. thanks again guys. :thumbsup:
