Hi folks,
My senior (17 year old) rescue died late last year.
I had her for 5 years and she was the best dog. She was 12 when she adopted me and I couldn't understand why
nobody else wanted her. Their loss!
I'm a widow and she made such a difference to my life, my constant companion, helped me with my grief.
Cassie was a Staffy by the way. My late husband and I had 2 Staffs, and I think they're just the best dogs.
I put Cass on Aktivait just a few weeks before she died because she had stopped barking completely, as well as to go out
and began weeing in the house when she had always been so clean indoors from day 1 of coming home with me.
She had also begun standing behind the door hinge side of doors wanting to go out but obviously
had become a bit confused.
She wasn't on them long enough to know whether they helped but anyway, I have about 40 pills left over now, expiry date 12/25.
They're expensive, so as a pensioner myself I wonder whether anyone can make use of them?
I understand if anyone is hesitant but I'm happy to just pop them in the post if anyone has a senior in genuine need.
I'm saving a wee bit of money every month now, but I miss my Cass so much as I'm sure all can understand.
