Oh what a year or two I have had, I retired from work 2 years ago and got our first ever dog, spashed out on a caravan then after 3 months I had an operation on my spine, so good by caravan, give up the allotment and just take things easy, well I did not seem to improve much, I developed a spot in my ear that would not go so of to my G:p, she took my blood presher then said you need a ECG, well to give you the short version, I am told I need a pacemaker, the following week they fit on in me.

Well the bad news is my spot is still there but my self I feel great, I walk my dog 2 times a day my wife dose once as she has hurt her foot.

My recommendation to all the young ones on the forum is look after your health.

Now the dark nights will be with us soon and I always walk my dog at 8pm what if any safety measures do you take, I do have a collar that has a flashing light for the dog.

Oh look at the time, yes walkey's.

Will see you all soon Reg and Benji

Hi well im out with mine 10 pm onwards i walk with steel tip saftey boots so any trouble whack em down the shin lol
