Since we have been having such success with our bend at Heart of England we would like to invite another club to join us one weekend for a friendly interclub.

Really we just want the opportunity to try the bend with more dogs to ensure it still runs smoothly and also to be able to test what experienced or novice bend runners make of it!

If you fancy coming along one weekend in September and giving it a go then please call Ann Brown on 07772504478 (club secretary) or Crystal Hornsey on 07534934658 or 079888830361 and we can discuss further details.

You don't need to be able to offer a return leg or don't worry if you don't have that many dogs (10 would be enough) we can accommodate most scenarios.

Hi, it seems that there's a lack of response, but I don't think it's that people are not interested. It will depend which weekend in September, and if there's another open on the same weekend Perhaps when you decide on a date, someone will respond. Inter-club events are always great fun, and if it's on a date we can make, and we can muster up a team from Gloucester - we'd be interested :cheers:

It's great to hear a few of you are interested!

We're just checking with the manager of the gorunds which date will be best as Footballers also use the field and we need to find a free weekend!

We'll let you know which dates are possible as soon as we know!

If you can't get an affiliated club interested. I'm sure there are enough 'others' - including us Rixons (we should be back from our travels) - who would form a team and give you at the HOE a run.

Pick a date and owners can check their diarys.
