Just looking back through some pic's reminiscing, we had this last year and seemed quite popular so thought i'd do it again.Best moment of 2006

A few for me but the best has to be Jude in the final of the Black Power in September where we found we might have cracked it, he didn't turn back and ran a super race. If it were anyone else's dog i'd have said he were amazing

Nch Avit taking his first title topped off with his brother taking Ch Ch's doesn't get much better than this as the person who bred them - good video of that somewhere, much better with the sound turned off

Don't we look happy

Cara running a dead heat at Ayreshire against Gold Run, we went home on cloud nine that day ;)

Well what another good year we've had once again!

Our Penny winning supreme scratch on the bends with the BWRA in March at the bend championships

Then our Buzz winning No-Limit English Derby ,and then getting scratch ch of chs wiith the NNWRF

Going up to Scotland and winning 40lb Scottish Derby for the 2nd year running with Penny, and litter brother Buzz winning the No-limit Derby once again. To put the icing on the cake, our Sugar Mouse winning the NNWRF 40lb puppy champion!

Our racing wins were all nice and memorable, Scottish title for Blaze, BWRA title for Bumpy, 5/5 bend open class wins start of the year for Jessi etc. etc. but best moment was Kerri's first run back after having the pups, she didn't win but she wasn't last. It was great to see her screaming and barking and getting really excited :huggles: .

Getting a phone call in Ireland to be told our Harvey(Musclebound)had won No Limits at Worcester, and then another phone call to say he'd taken Supreme Scratch.Worst moment, not being there to see him win :(

roger doing his best in all races and coming along a treat :clown:

Think i can back you in that one Karen.Thought you had won the lotto or summit.Dont know how you got you're face to go back into shape though, cause i thought it was gona split wide open, when the corner's of you're mouth, met you're ear's.Have a good one Karen n George. ...Billy...

My most fulfilling moment of the past year must be re-homing three retired whippets

all have now settled in at their new homes and the owners are delighted with them

The dogs must think they have died and gone to heaven

What could give any one more pleasure?

Hard to top !----but on seeing the pup found thread ----on k9 and finding little Sid a new home was the best yet --- and has made my year complete ---

On a lighter note still looking to re-home wife and kids --Merry Christmas to all---

Have to say its been a good year for us, been so nice to be in with a shout at the opens this year (albeit most of them yearlings so far) its been a long time since that for us, nice to be shouting 'our' own dog with a chance instead of everyone elses :D Best moment has to be Scottish Yearling Champs with Two Faced (not only seeing Tora win but realising Kim can sprint nearly as good too still dont know how she got from the halfway down the track to be there picking dog up with me so quick :D There has been too many to mention but also only last week winning the lightweight bend final gave a buzz at Easington (as do all our races tho) and just gave me the chance to say to Kim 'told you so' patience is a virtue as after second trial round Kim was not impressed with the bends - but she smiled at Easington :D and not forgetting Bootiful Sadie when she feels like it can put a a good run sadly you weren't there at SCotland in Consolations as she ran a blinder there trapping like a good en (sore throat was not the word after the bawling) and again other week at Old Hall maybe a fatter Boo might be the answer

Good Luck to everyone in 2008 and 'happy' racing

Have to agree with you there Boo ran fantastic on the Sunday to make they yards up, sure you will have many good times with her next year.

I dont have many best moments as hardly got any racing out of Suzie this year for one reason or another but she did win the English derby yearling consolation so gonna have to say that was my best this year. Hopefully have more to celebrate next year

well 2007 was not a bad year apart from jack breaking his leg at Scotland :(

Foxy Roxy winning 32lb yearing champion bitch at old hall but the best moment must be finding Roxys ideal weight which i am very pleased at what she has achieved this year :D Miss Daisy running well at end of the year after a toe injury which saw her away for several months, I would like to say BIG THANKS to Geoff and Hazel for TY whose racing name is Tykwondo. i am very pleased with the way he is coming on for a big boy. Not forgeting Matt our young pup out of Red Ranger and Connor Lass ( his schooling is coming on ) which i hope will be raceing in 2008.

I would just like to say GOOD LUCK to everyone in 2008 , lets have happy and safe racing in the coming year. Lets hopeing we can all move on from 2007

I agree it was a great moment when Guess What got his title infact it was a fantastic day for all the North West what with Maid Your Point, Mo Chara, Rapskallion, Must Be Magic, Maizeemu, Coral and my lad all coming home with titles.

Few other personal moments for me where when I took Dobs for his routine check-up and was told he was in excellent condition and very fit, as my first racer it gave me a real sense of pride in that wherever he come in a race, I'd got him in what was considered peak condition, hope I can keep it up. :)

Other moment was the same week as the Champs when I got told that my peddy whippet who'd just had an urgent biopsy had got the all clear and that he'd still be around to keep training our future club puppies. :D

Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and wish you all many wonderful moments in 2008.

my best moment is when nikki whizz won the scottish derby puppy no limit. also when crackin whizz actually went round the bends something she wudnt do last year. all the north east dogs have ran very well this year giving me lots to write about in the north east reports :- " merry xmas and good luck 2 everyone for 2008 roll on the straight season i say. :luck:
