Have been fortunate enough to own a Bichon since the age of 12. Have just been to view our new addition at age 5 weeks. He does not yet have all of the pigment in his left eye. The eye rim is still pink towards the corner as is the area around it. The other eye has come in as has the pigment of those of his siblings. The breeder says sometimes it takes a little longer and she has experienced it with her own dog (not related). Is it just his age? Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you very much.
