Not been racing as its bends at the mo, and Tig has a sore leg, so I have been messing about with my new camera, taking pics of birds in my garden, some are quite far away as the birds are hard to get close to.

first one is the common Starling some people dont like them but I think they are really nice when you look at them close,

this ones not so common its a male Cyril Bunting I have had him and two females all winter. looks like a sparrow but its not.

Nice pics, can i ask what camera you have please, my lady has bought me the canon powershot, A520, the pics i put up tonight are from my old camera

Beautiful photos - I always think starlings are really beautiful. and thoroughly enjoy watching them in my garden. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Those are really good pictures, I always enjoy watching the birds in our garden, we get quite a few nice visitors. A nuthatch comes in quite often, not got any pics tho as its always gone by the time I get the camera out. In our local park there are a pair of buzzards that have recently arrived, the pigeons are nervous (w00t)
