My usual dailey run with Barney Fred and Lucy of about 4 miles was going very well this morning. Some may well not know but I have an Electric Wheelchair because walking is not good for me due to bad heart and Brittle bone and arthritus. My scooter goes 8 mph and we usually finish off down a track to look for some bunnies for them to play with. Well today I kept them on the leads and the mud had rut's in them. I was flying along and suddenly I hit a rut with my right wheels and flipped the scooter up in the air and we all landed on our sides with an allmighty thump. I hurt my back quite serverely and also my right hip. I just couldn't move for the pain. I layed there for what seemed days but it was about an hour when a couple came to my rescue. The Police were called but I refused an ambulance and was helped back onto my stead and drove a steady ride home. The Police even put my scooter away for me. But I will make the National at the weekend if it kills me. I have been critised and stabbed in the back for not going to shows well this year so far I have been to 6 and I will do the Champ shows if I can . It's so expensive taking 3 to Champ shows but then again I don't breed for a living. My babies lives are more important to me than awards.
