Bitch in pup, carrying very high or phantom?

we have a 3 year old maiden (first time) bitch who is due tommorow, her nipples are swollen and she is producing alot of milk, she doesnt lokk very much bigger around the tummy but has ballooned around the ribs, could this be her carrying or high or is she having a phantom x

 

she will be going first thing monday morning if she hasnt had any pups, no didnt have her scanned as the vet wanted £95 to scan her x

 

heya, sadly no puppies, was a very convincing phantom never mind we'll try her with a more experienced dog next year x
