Hi
Our rescue Ranger, 18 months old male, castrated in April, from north Macedonia has had blood in urine twice. First time treated with antibiotics early May. We noticed the dark urine again 2 weeks ago, he had a day stay at vets who sedated him, ultra sound scan on bladder, flushed his bladder out. There are no crystals or bacteria. Bloods came back clear. Where do we go from here apart from extensive scans & tests at the vets if insurance allows? The vet wasn’t clear on what tests they would try next, talked about referral to specialist. He can get a bit lethargic, he’s a mixed breed heavy long body with stubby legs. He doesn’t drink a great deal apart from after exercise. I’ve tried changing water sources and bowls. He does seem happier less lethargic after the course of antibiotics- Any ideas?
Thanks
