M25 come off at J20 take A4251 (north)

Take third exit on A4251 (about 5 miles after leaving M25) signposted Bourne End industial area (its not the first but the second sign for Bourne End its also the turn off for the sevices) as you come to the round-a -bout at the bottom of the slip road you can see the track at about 2 o'clock.
