Does anyone know of an alternative route to get to New Park other than through Lyndhurst? Can't bear the thought of sitting in queues of traffic to get there or get out again

Thats to get home and you still have to go to the outskirts of Lyndhurst but turn left instead if right before the oneway system. Dont think I could find it to go to the show and you would still end up on the worst part of the one way anyway.
