I saw photos on tv of a dark brindle dog without white markings

Sometimes its not just a matter of cruelty for the 'fun' or sake of it going on, there seem to be some seriously ill people out there. I mean to play devils advocate, & apologies to people for saying this, but if the victim had been a person, there would be a MASSIVE manhunt on now for one seriously sick individual.
