Hi Folks

Not sure if there are too many Staffordshire Bull Terrier owners on this site but I will pose the question anyway.

List some behaviours which are easy to teach this breed, based on original breed function?

Anyone with any suggestions please feel free to comment.

Kind Regards

not sure what this means - I am just sooo thick

the only things I know about staffs are:

1. The nice ones have big smiley faces :D

2. The horrible ones have big bitey faces

3. They wiggle and squeak like piglets

4. They have really hard nails!!!!!! (w00t)

can you teach them anything to do with these?

I should add that I do really like staffies, so I'm not being horrible - honest!

Do you mean things like swinging off a tree branch and the like? I don't know much about Staffies but they do seem to enjoy using their powerful jaws to tug and swing with?

What is their original breed function anyway? Only asking because I've pondered on this quite a lot. The one's I have met seem to be fantastic with families but they're attitude towards other dogs can be variable?
