I am with Orange broadband and I am going to change to an other provider as I am sick to death of being put through to an Indian call centre and the don't have a clue what I am going on about  Also getting charged £17.99 pm for 1meg and that's just for a modem!!!! not a wireless device included. My son keeps getting disconnected from his Xbox and it's driving him mental! Was thinking about 02 has anyone any idea if they are any good?

saying that orange has offered me a 6 month free option then £9.99 for 6 months if I stay with them and I get a Siemens wireless router and up to 8 meg and 10 gig, where as 02 would be £12.99 a month and unlimited gig, Thomson router and a U.K call centre? Not sure what to do, don't know if I would even need unlimited gig as I am only on 2gig apparantly at the moment?

Any feedback would be most helpful :D

We just got T-mobile web and walk where you use a little usb plug in thing and we pay £15 a month

we use SKY and havent had any problems yet

We've been on sky too for the last year and we've never had any problems

Thanks everyone. Think I will look into sky as well. I have Sky TV so might get a good deal :D

If you have sky tv then you can have 1meg for free. I have that and its fine OH still down loads his music and films and the router was free. My router wasn't working properly last month so I rang them up they tried a few things which didn't sort it out so they sent me a new router

I contacted Sky but the lady said there is not a free port at my area exchange so I would have to pay an extra £5 pm for a port on top of my monthly fee. I think I will just go ahead with O2, it's only a years contract so then I will phone Sky again to see if there is any ports become available, that I don't have to pay extra for when my 1 year contract ends with O2.

She said the reason you have to pay extra for a port if there is not one available at the exchange, is because Sky have to pay BT a rental for an extra Port. Sounds a bit odd but that is what she told me.

I'm with Madasafish they're not bad.

Have you had a look on some price comparison websites, they compare broadband or broadband/phone packages and broadband/phone/TV too :)
