Well, ours fell out of the car today  He seems ok though. Glad to hear Archie's ok now.Joanna said:Team "Fawn Whoppet" will be there. Archie and Star. Archie is still a bit stiff from his trip out of the bedroom window, but I think he'll be fine by Sunday.

Yes, planning to go unless Fate intervenes again. (I have a secret agenda, my favourite plant nursery is near Evesham, they might still be open as we're heading home :- " )
No, not at all, it's just that they don't always publicise the locations to keep undesirables away. I can pm you with details if you're interested. To run you have to be a member, and have a pedigree sighthound, of any kind. They will allow lurchers if you have a ped. as well. That's what I've been told anyway  I think they are planning to have a more permanent location near Newbury next year.peony said:Ok ok , I live in worcestershire, so why dont I know whats going on????????? lol ( might be cos im a dumb blonde with my head in the sand, but hey ho!)
Bob Brown in Badsey. Used to have excellent herbaceous cultivars at very reasonable prices, though these have been creeping up recently.Anyways, whats happening???? Oh and Moriarte, can I ask which nursery might be your favourite one???? Just asking cos it might be where I work!!
That doesn't surprise me there are so many good nurseries around there! There's a good supplier of fruit rootstocks not far away as well! Gardening heaven!peony said:Thanks Moriarte ) Alas my lurchers are plain bog standard ones lol, but would love to perhaps go and watch. Hopefully, thanks to Tina and her kindness, I shall be starting Basil off on his racing career very soon. Are there ever any events a scruffy mutt could do?
The site re plants you posted looks good and I shall have another look when I have more time. Badsey is where I work, but not for said Mr Brown!!
