Some of you may have read my post a couple of weeks ago about the poor service we had from BT for a line fault repair.

We reported line out of order no phone or internet on the Tuesday stayed in wed and thurs for engineers who did not turn up ,finally getting a visit on the Friday.

Anyway I wrote them a letter of complaint and had a call today offering me 62pence refund for two days line rental !! I have experience things like this before as my hubby is an oap they seem to take advantage thinking they can get away with robbery

I stuck it out and in the end got £17.50 off my next bill :) I asked for conformation in writing and the ladies name and details who rang me.

Just a warning BT now charge £160 for a call out if the fault is in your property or a false alarm

Worth a letter I think  Lillibet
