Worked fer Nissan motor company a few yrs back, and seeing as how theres only me n my lady i picked up a nr new micra for next to nowt, not one scrap of bother, been up hill and down dale in the bugger, still got the original parts apart from tyres, ive only gotta break wind and it always starts first time, but now cos im all geared up to go to the midlands game fair the damn thig keeps cutting out on me, ive checked it over to the best of my ability, cant find the fault, had it in the garage and of course it run like a dream, thats cos its an intermittent fault i tells em, anyways no one can fit the car in for a check up till next thursday, god i am titsed off at this, so much so ive given it a good old basil faulty thrashing, and i kid u not, im undecided now as to chance the trip to the midland game fair

please just allow me to swear, i promisse i wont do it again

BUGGER FECK BLOODY HELL B*******S

NOW NOW CALM DOWN KEITHY (w00t)

does it cut out while you are driving it????

if it does then its prob best not to chance your luck on a long drive, could be dangerous for ya hun :*

Calm down Calm down

As Hely says if it doesnt cut out while you are driving it should be ok

Have you got AA cover or something it might be worth joining if it is playing up then even if you break down on the way they'll take you there and you can worry about getting back later.Or if it breaks down on the way back they'll take you home its always a fall back plan!!!! if you cant get anyone to look at it before the weekend

Where theres a will theres a way

Is no-one else going that you could thumb a lift with?

I had a car that did that - every so often it wouldn't start and it always did it when it was most inconvenient :(

Turned out it was the fuel pump - apparently it just didn't kick in on the odd occasion (and the car wasn't even a year old then)

Could that be the same with yours?????
