Hi All,

As the title states i have a new puppy.

I've done a bit of research into this crossbreed and can't find much information. Has anyone on here got a GSD X BULL-MASTIFF?

I'm just wondering how big you guys think she'll get? shes about 24 weeks now and just over 50lb (23kg) but only about 20 inches tall. Shes from the RSPCA so i have seen her mum (bull-mastiff easily over 50Kg) but not her dad.

Her size doesn't matter to me, its purely curiosity.

Some pics from when she was about 4 1/2 months attached :)

cheers guys

Conor

Her feet, from what we can see, are not enormous so perhaps not as big as a Bull Mastiff? Probably somewhere between the two breeds?

Are you socialising her well? Hopefully the RSPCA started the process. They did a fantastic job on a bull lurcher puppy I got from them but I know that each branch runs independently.

Yeah she hasn't got huge feet. She seems to be a bit more athletically built rather than chunky like a mastiff.

Interestingly when we got her she was very nervous of men and children but absolutely loved women. We put it down to there only primarily being women at the RSPCA? Although she had been homed for 2 weeks and then returned so something might have happened there. Since we got her we have worked very hard to socialize her and she has come on leeps and bounds and is pretty much there now.

Well done on the socialising! It is vitally important. Keep it up. Perhaps join a class run by the APDT?
