just to let everyone know i went to check the track @ about 12 noon today (wot with the moor being cancelled coz of the rain) and the track was fine @ 12 noon weve had some more light rain since then but nothing that wud waterlog the track. if we get any heavy downpours b4 tonight il go along and check the track again.

briant the weigh in is 11am till 12 noon so we will prob b there about 10 to 10.30am & joyce normally gets there about that time too. theres still a bit of raking to do brian lol

i checked the track again @ 7.15pm tonight and im pleased to say it was absolulty fine and now we have wind so it will b even better tommoro. hope we get a canny turn out. :thumbsup:

not a good turn out gaz but some brilliant racing all the same only 36 dogs on the card. il put the programme on after me tea but your main winners were dogs & supreme branco boy, bitch prada, yearling missy mu belle, veteran keep in touch, 36lb wor rag, 45lb springwell ruby and 55lb and sup scr tight feet. oh and rosie lee time trial in a very close race. full prog and pics to come. :thumbsup:

ok we got to the track this morning to discover a tractor cutting the grass and rolling it making the track absolutly spot on for todays open after a bit of raking by myself, peter, hayley and russell

as i said b4 not a very good turn out but some really cracking racing with lovely trophies on offer for the supreme winners and refreshements available and the pub open too wot more can we do? anyway here is the results:

this was a very very close race with one side giving a d/h to the red and white but the other side giving it to the white so very very close with the blue half a yard behind them.
