Just happened to be looking through the February of this year Whippet News and read the report of the BWRA Nat Reps Meeting on 18th December and read

(It was also agreed by those present that the BWRA racing calendar for 2007

would be discussed at the BWRA championships in August 2006 on a Friday evening when the majority of reps would be present at this time)

Can anyone tell me if this meeting is still on and if our regional reps can put forward venues for next years events?

Hi Audrey, you are correct it was decided at the AGM last year that we would hold a meeting on the Friday evening of the championships to discuss the 2007 BWRA racing calendar. This was of course when we thought that we would all be at Kingswinford and most of the reps and the committee would be camping.

Now that we have had to change venues I do know that a few of the reps will not be there until Saturday as they have decided not to camp and also we are not sure how many committee members will be available on the Friday evening as not all of them are going to be at Swallow Nest that evening, the committee will have to get together to discuss other alternatives.
