All current bwra north west members are invited.

All positions are up for election (tony & myself will not be standing for re-election/ election of any new posts).

No one has resigned as such.

Michelle took over as secretary for the NW as there was no one else to do it at the time.

I have been a NW rep for sometime, again on the basis that no one else was interested. Personaly I consider it a waste of time - even if reps attend meetings and vote on policy the top table does whatever it wants in any case, whether this corresponds with the reps views or not.

We do little BWRA racing at present and I can't see the situation changing inthe near future so perhaps it is more appropiate for someone else to carry on the BWRA workload.

Membership of the NW has increased of late and some of the members have expressed an interest in resurrecting the BWRA NW committee.

In theory that means a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and IIRC 2 reps, so there should be some sort of posistion available to anyone who wants one. The only posistion that is essential is that of Secretary so that registrations etc can be processed.

If any of the NW members wish to organise a committee they could use the meeting to forward candidates for whatever posts the members feel are required.

As usual a poorly attended meeting apart from 3 welcome new faces , however the new committee ;- Chairman KIETH WOODHEAD Secretary LINDA BROOM Treasurer MICHELLE HOLT Registrar FIONA MARSTON. Contact numbers L.BROOM 07764219147. [sec] F.MARSTON 01942260609 [for subs/reg]. Tth two T.T.opens will be put on in 2005 dates and venues to be arranged. We need to track the trophies down if any one knows where they are i.e THE NOTTA LOTTA BERT TROPHY, THE BUBBLES GALINA TROPHY , THE OAKLAWN VIEW TROPHY AND I THINK THE OTHER WAS THE GREENLAND TROPHY. Failing that if any N/W member would like to put any trophies on we would be very grateful......LINDA
