just to remind all members that this year is proposals year ( we have them every 2yrs now ) if you have any proposals to put forward please remember to have a seconder and both parties must sign the proposal

All proposals are to be sent to the BWRA secretary ( Doreen Hopkins ) my address is at the back of your membership book, you can start to send them as soon as you want to, but they must be with me no later than Monday October 2nd 2006,

Hi Kate, the proposal are accepted every 2 yrs. Any BWRA member can propose

anything that they think will improve the way that the BWRA is run.

It can be anything from rules of racing, what venues we should use to hold our BWRA events. The proposals are put forward and then discussed by the representatives of the BWRA as to which ones are thought to be workable and then they go onto a voting form which is then sent out to every registered member of the BWRA, in the hope that the majority of the memberships voices their opinion by this method.

apart from the Chairman & the President as the two people in these positions have only served 1yr

So it will be the Secretary, Treasurer, & Registrars post that can have proposals sent in for
