Can Anyone Identify This Tree Please?

From a distance it looks pink and feathery and I would just love one. Saw one hanging over a fence driving back today so could stop and pinch a bit! Up close it looks like some sort of fir tree because the 'leaves' look like pine needles. Photo not very good, I'm afraid but I hope someone might know what it is. Only ever seen them as trees, not bushes.

Having done a bit of research on this now, there seems to be two varieties of Tamarix, one that flowers about this time of year and one that flowers late summer so that would account for why yours is not out yet Jax. Might try and get one of each as they are so lovely!!!
