My dog had infected cat scratch on top of her head about ten days ago. She got treated by a vet, however in the surrounding area she is losing her fur. Is this normal?

I'd get that checked with a vet if it's not clearing itself very quickly, as it's quite possible that cat scratches could spread ringworm, particularly in rural areas.

It's possible that the inflammation from the wound has caused the follicles to go into a dormant status, but that shouldn't result in the hair falling out, just stopping growing.
