Changing From Barf Diet To Complete Food

Just wondered if anyone on here has had there Puppy/dog on the BARF diet then changed over to a complete food e.g Royal Canin?

If so did the dog get terrible upset stomaches etc :ermm: I know it would have to be done gradually :-
