If anyone is at a loose end on sat 21st April there is a charity event at Eccles College, Chatsworth Rd, Ellesmere Park, Eccles, Manchester.
It is mainly in aid of Animals Asia, which is a charity aimed at helping animals such as bears, to stop them being farmed for bile etc. It also campaigns to stop the slaughter of cats & dogs for their fur
There will also be lots of other charities there, such as a donkey sanctuary, monkey world, ferret rescue, barn owls etc, etc.
There will be displays of dog obedience including KC bronze award test. Dog agility, (thats Hebe, Scrumpy & their friends )
Also a heat of RSPCA rescue dog of the year. Winner to go to final later this year.
Gates open 11am. Not sure how much the entry is but it's for charity so smile & pay up
Traffic may be a bit busy as Man Utd are at home that day so if anyone is thinking of going, leave plenty of time.
Hope it's good weather & maybe see some of you there
