Hi Ian @Sonia , yes Heather will be coming as well we will travel in convoy in our vans all mod cons of sleeping on mattresses in the back and camping stoves for our hot water what could be better?Heather will bring the sunshine from Plymouth and i will bring the sunshine from Dartmoor so fingers crossed. Best wishes carol

It used to be good at chatsworth in the late 80's early 90's but now it's just a rip off, Costs a fortune to get in and when you get in there's nowt but stalls of cheap tools and hot tubs!!!. All the best traders have stopped standing there because of the high costs for the stands.

It's a real shame as it was one of the best shows for lurchers in the uk. It's hard to warrant the high entry fee when you have a family to pay for to get in.

I can understand what you say about the price to get in but I'm afraid thats something you need to take up with the country fair organisers as that has nothing to do with us.

Hi Carol I think you should leave the bringing of the sunshine to Heather as the only sunshine that comes from Dartmoor usually comes in droplet form :-

I wasn't having a pop at you at all, it isn't the organisers either it's chatsworth estate that fleeces the organisers making them charge extortionate prices just to make sure they cover there costs....Shame really as it's not too far from me and i did enjoy going back in the late 80's early 90's

It would be nice to see the lurcher folk get in at half price, why you may ask, because they're entertaining the public  but some of the :clown: that turn up should be charged double ;)
