I have been given some chicken feet for Dudley.
I don't give him any rawhide, are these safer?

Yes they are safe.
Our lot love them, they also love raw Pheasant feet with legs attached too

Excuseme, my working cocker loves pheasant feet with the pheasant attached! But also anything raw and crunchy. Yuk. Most dogs seem OK with chicken feet or any other bit- though they'll have more bacteria than rawhide, cow/sheep bones etc. Had a dog once that couldn't tolerate chicken so nothing is certain with a canine digestion.

Tried Dudley this morning he doesn't like them. So problem solved
