we travelled down to the Irish National Coursing Championships, in Clonmel Co Tipperary.

had a great day at the event, and i highly recommend it, i will be back to it next year for all 4 days coursing i hope )

the winner of the Derby was Razor Ashmore

 

the winner of the Oaks was Foxhill Rio

kitty butler by:- pumpkin hayes

t a morris by:-drumbane rock

champion bitch stake by:- woodpark rebel

champion stake:- cross country

on the sunday the open was won by marshalls hunter

Maybe meet you at it next year :thumbsup: , I had heard so much about this event that i thought i should go and have a look. i didnt get to mark my book up due to my pen not working and i didnt want to lose me place

We looked for details and couldnt decide whether there was a whippet stake or not

Interesting that the lure is live and the dogs are muzzled one in the eye for the ban instigators over here

They couldnt catch it if they wanted too!!!! :lol:
