OK ladys & Gentlemen.

i've just been chatting with Aaron Atmore (ex waterloo Cup slipper) and he mentioned an up and coming event which i'm sure you will all want to support in some way.

Mr Aatmore along with another 10 people will be doing a 180 mile charity walk to raise money for the Macmillan Funds, please support this good cause by making a donnation how ever small or large i'm sure will be greatly appriciated.

please visit their web site below and give them support and if you live near their route go along and shout abuse at Mr Aatmore (I mean give them a few words of encouragment.)
