Colt has came on leaps and bounds since his accident
, his leg is almost as good as new, no limping or the leg turning to any side :thumbsup: He walks normal and he can still run (well on the lead :lol: )
He's now having a short walk with the other 2 boys round the block, as he's only to get 10 mins 2 times a day
.He's still as daft as a brush, and ragging every toy in his cage as he's still on cage rest through the day
. He now bigger than Gizmo and 1lb heavier than him (the middle weight I was after
) ), he's 22lbs, but still growing
. The fantastic news is both legs are the same size (groth plate not damaged) . That was a worry for us as it would mean future operations for him
.
I can't wait till the all clear at the vet as Colt can bound about like a normal pup in the house, no cage to stop him and I can calm down a wee bit too, not to worry all the time about him
I know there are a few folk on k9 wanting a picture update on Colt, so here it is,,out walking last week with Robbie, Gizmo and John (well just round the block
)
Gizmo had to pee as I took the photo :lol: :lol:
