The sand pit finish was completed today. A huge thanks to Doug, Andy, John, Jeff and Steve for all of their hard work and for giving up their saturday to help complete the pit. (Plus Chris and Sarah for their help yesterday).
We were very lucky with the weather and despite some very black clouds we only had the odd shower.
Please see our website for updated photos including ones of the completed track:

We hope to hold our first meeting next week - this will be primarily a trials meeting. Please book in with Secretary Rob if you want to attend. As large numbers are expected we will endeavour to put together mixed trials unless you request a solo, please confirm when you enter so that a programme and trialling list can be put together.
Look forward to seeing you all next week (weather and conditions permitting).
P.S. The field and track were in good condition and if there had of been a meeting today we would have been able to park cars on it and run our dogs, the field continues to drain well and despite taking a lot of rain generally seems to clear fairly quickly, so we are genuinely hopeful that we will be able to run next week.
