Congratulations she ran well all day as did your runner up lad :cheers: .......this uphill wasn't run by VDCC though, it was the Wickwar Drag Coursing Club (run by the owner of the track) so i'm not sure if this win will count towards the VDCC hill sprint champ :unsure: ......

Has the VDCC stopped doing the uphill sprint then now, and have the wickwar taken over or is it 2 seperate groups using the same field.

Its 2 seperate groups .........Bob owns that strip of land and has done uphill competitions with Greyhounds for as long as I can remember .......Sue just rents it for the day per dog :thumbsup:

So how do we humble whippet owners find out about this event then. Too many times i read results, but never see the event advertised before hand :rant:

The Venture sprint gets advertised on here and in countrymans weekly .......Bobs was a one off for the Whippets to see how it went and was invitation only ......but I think he'll probably do it again
