I have heard today, from a reliable source, that Susan Baird is reneging on her appointment at Crufts 2004 due to health reasons. The replacement name that was mentioned I don't think is feasible as I know they already engaged in a judging contract (so I won't say who) but............ anyone else heard anything???

Oh my goodness Dessie, I've just realised that I haven't sent the entry off yet and they close on 2nd Jan. Thank goodness for email.

I'll have a ring round and see what I can find out.

Have a happy new year and every success to all K9'ers in 2004.

UPDATE

By word-of-mouth (literally 2 minutes ago) have heard that Carol Neale has been brought forward from 2005 to cover.

This may not be 100% but is from a reliable source as they say :D :D

Bugger ! Ive only posted my entry today and would have saved myself £20.00  Hope Susan gets better though

Carol Neale is doing Bitches as Susans eye op didnt go to well.

Im sure we will all enjoy our day whoever does it :)

Gosh yes Im sure we will!!!!!!!!!!!xxPoor Susans really been in the wars of late hasn`t she :(

Saw Carol Neale today at a show. The kennel club have not yet asked her to judge crufts this year, as far as she is concerned, she isn't judging Crufts until 2005.

When I knew that Susan wasn't judging Crufts, I tried to add Aimee to my entry via Fossedata on-line system. Because I had already done an entry it would not let me do anything and when I sent them an e-mail saying that I wanted to put another entry in but it wouldn't let me, they replied that I had to re-register under a different name, different password, enter all my dogs' details etc etc and do it that way.

HOW STUPID IS THAT!!! ;)

I was going to enter on line, until I read that because our dogs are owned in partnership, I had to fill out a seperate form for each partner, with seperate pass words etc.

Why? Haven't had to do that before

So I posted mine :D .

I have heard (don`t know wether its true or not) that Rae Selbly or Junn Miinns might take over Susans appointment.

Saw June she said Carol was doing it!!! The plot thickens. Im sure Rae wont be doing it!

Me , Mayzee, Montee and Phil are still going whoever judges (God willing) :D

What a completely selfish attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL JAX

It'll probably be in the dog press soon.

On the "our dogs" site it said that it's Mr R G Fisher from Holland who will be judging the bitches now :D

Well, there's a thing!! Good job I didn't put money on it!! LOL

Is he the judge who judged at a Northern breed club champ show, back in 2002?
